WEBDOK.NET - Document Management

Within this module documents and data are registered, managed and controlled. Distribution groups, processes and standards will be assigned to the documents. All documents and data can be allocated regarding type, kind, location and administration as well as release point. Verification documents are managed as to storing location, duration of storage and disposal. With permission control you can define, who will be authorized to perform a certain task.

Application: All employees

WEBCzV.NET – Opportunities for improvement

This module can record all types of messages (opportunities for improvement). Actions are displayed and managed selectively for individual users. New actions can be recorded and forwarded to the responsible employee as simple workflows. All recorded messages are displayed and managed per user (problem owner). With permission control you can define, who will be authorized to perform a certain task. Permission levels are set per user.

WEBAudit.NET - Audit Management

The web module has been specifically designed for the use with multiple auditors. Basically, the module contains all functions that are available in the main license. The advantage of this web module is that each audit plan will be delivered directly to the appropriate auditor, who can selectively process the audit. The module is characterised by great flexibility and clarity.

Due to its suitability for the web, the module can also be operated with tablet systems (iPAD). With permission control you can define, who will be authorized to perform a certain task.

Application: Internal and external auditors

WEBBM.NET - Operating equipment management

Planning of maintenance activities incl. required spare parts, work load and costs. Execute and register used spare parts, expenditure and costs.

You always know which parts are used or have to be replaced on which machine by whom. Issuing a message of disruption and the relevant employee will be automatically informed and assigned to solve it.

The master data contains specific information about warehouse inventory and article accounts (movements). You manage your spare parts storage. You know the storage location of your parts and can re-order if necessary by using the integrated order processing. Via permission control it can be defined, who is authorised to perform a certain task.

Application: Maintenance and maintenance services

WEBPM.NET – Testing equipment management

Basically, the same range of functions is available as in the main module. However, there are additional functions available such as a monitoring screen sorted by due dates. It is not possible to enter, modify or delete IQSoft master data. Responsibilities (eg responsibility, calibration and testing duties) are assigned directly to the relevant employees. All metrology tasks can be carried out by user-control. Via permission control it can be defined, who is authorized to perform a certain task.

Application: Employees in calibration and inspection positions

WEB - Ticket System Technical and Infrastructural Services

The ticket system for the technical service is an integrated system, which allows all company staff to provide technical service quickly for a problem or a job, without a great deal of effort. Further to this, the employee has the ability to track the status of the request, which means he or she is always up to date, when, how and by whom the problem will be solved. The ticket system is a tool for the technical service to get an optimal overview of all open issues reported. Information about work and status changes flows easily by e-mail to the employee, who raised the issue, without additional administrative costs.

A variety of permission levels for each user can be defined through the permission system.

WEB-IDEE - Management of Ideas

The management of ideas consists of two modules. The first web-based module records suggestions for improvement, the second module generates awards for the submitter of improvement ideas. The identification of an improvement idea begins with the employee’s login using an appropriate title for his or her idea (which will be the search criterion later) as well as a detailed description. Photos or sketches can be added, if necessary.

The module has different permission levels:

- Presenters of ideas
- Evaluators for initial assessment
- Judges for final assessment, as well as
- Determination of an appropriate premium
- Ombudsman

Approved ideas get an automatic interface to IQSoft module "Opportunities for improvement" for further processing.

The prize draw module can be flexibly adjusted to the needs of a company (number of raffles per year, number of awards per raffle, and so on.). The module contains show effects and is suitable for public events, e.g. staff meetings or company festivities.

Technical requirements (for all web modules):
Installation requires the web server (Microsoft IIS server). IQSoft-version based on MS SQL.
